Payment terms
The payment for any services agreed is handled per agreement and contract which requires the fee to be paid either in full or 50% in advance, depending on the service, project scope, duration, etc.
Cancellation and refund
All contracts are considered non-cancelable after the moment of commencement of the project unless otherwise stated in the scope of work/contract signed by both parties. The project is considered to commence after both parties have agreed to and signed the scope of the project proposal/contract, regardless of whether any work has already been provided from the scope.
